Under no circumstances shall Quality Computer Care Inc. or its licensors be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, exemplary, incidental, consequential, or other damages of any type or kind (including system damage, loss of data, revenue, profits, use or other economic advantages) arising out of, or in any way connected with this service, any interruption to use the service, or any content obtained from or through the service, even if the party from which damages are sought or such party’s licensors have been previously advised of the possibility of such damages.
Pricing
Remote troubleshooting and resolution of network-related issues are billed at $115.00 per hour. Support for issues caused by equipment malfunction is covered under the customer’s maintenance agreement. Support for issues caused by changes in customer network (servers, pc’s, switches, cabling, etc.) is billed at our standard support rates.
Network Monitoring
Quality offers 24x7 Network Monitoring, which turns conventional IT support on its head. Instead of waiting for you to notice that a system has failed, our 24x7 monitoring will alert us to problems at your site so that we can fix it promptly and minimize costly downtime and business disruption.
